HOME GROWN KIDS CLUB SAVINGS

Home Grown Kids Club Savings is a special account for youngsters to encourage savings.  The Home Grown Kids Savings account has the following features:

All youth are eligible up to 18 years of age or age 22 with proof of student status

Account earns 1.00% A.P.Y. interest paid quarterly

$10 minimum opening deposit

Three withdrawals per month at no charge, excess withdrawal fee of $1 each after 3

All new accounts receive a free piggy bank in addition to a $10 deposit into their Home Grown Kids Club Savings account

Youth savings accounts presently with HNB may be converted to a Home Grown Kids Club Savings by visiting a HNB Customer Service Representative to complete the necessary paperwork. All present account holders converting will receive a free HNB piggy bank.

Per federal regulations, certain transactions are limited on savings accounts. You are allowed 6 limited transactions per month. Any account that is habitually over the allowable amount is subject to closure. Limited transactions include: Transfers made through Online Banking, ACH (example Lebanon Sports & Fitness monthly fees), Drafts (some businesses send a draft instead of ACH), and Debit Card point of sale transactions.
