LOST/STOLEN CHECKBOOK

Not being able to locate your checkbook is a cause for concern.  If you believe you have lost your checkbook, contact our Bookkeeping office immediately at 765-436-2662.  It will be helpful if you can tell us the last check number that was used, the date the check was written and/or who the check was payable to.  It will also be helpful to know the last check number in the pad of checks that is in the lost checkbook.  A "Watch" will be put on your account until you locate the lost checkbook.

If the checkbook was stolen or the lost checkbook is not quickly found, we recommend that you close the account and open a new account to protect yourself.  We will work with you to pay any outstanding checks from the old account by transferring funds from your new account.  We will make sure that any direct deposit that comes in to the old account number is posted to the new account until you have time to notify your payroll department of the new account number.
